Interior styling is my passion.

I love to work with my clients based on their individual needs and dreams! I focus on the big picture and keep my clients on track so they don’t end up with a room full of “things” that don’t work together. We will use the right scale furniture, decor and art, to create a layered space that has a designer feel to it.

To begin, we’ll start with a conversation about your project and from there we will come up with an estimate and an action plan. Near or far, I can provide as much or as little design service as needed – the ball is in your court.

Meet my signature style.

I definitely have a signature Sara Lynn Brennan (SLB) aesthetic to my designs - I've actually coined the term "Romantic Transitional", a fresh and timeless look that is both pretty and practical. My designs will typically have neutral color palettes, layers of texture, earthy florals and greenery with hints of vintage decor sprinkled throughout. Please take some time to browse through my Portfolio or Instagram feed to see if our aesthetics align. Although I absolutely do not push my personal design style on my clients., it does work best if we start off on the same page.  

I am not a stylist who just makes a space beautiful, I will ask a lot of questions and learn about my client’s daily life so that we create a space that is a perfect balance of beautiful and functional.

Design Service Options

What to Expect

Our projects thrive when we can take them on as Full-Service Design. I have a unique and very specific design process that ensures that each project receives the same amount of attention to detail. To determine the scope of a project, we'll start with a 30 Minute "Discovery Call" where someone from our team will personally call you to learn more about you and your design needs. From there we will schedule a signature "Home Review", where I come to your home and tour the space myself. From here, we will decide on the best course of action, based on a thorough design proposal specifically catered to your project and design needs.

2) Home Reivew

Schedule a time for Sara to come visit and tour your home.

3) Design Proposal 

After the "Home Review", you will receive a very detailed document with the findings and notes gathered from the tour and discussion. Within this document will be the scope of the project, the design fee proposal and any additional information needed specifically for your project. After you agree to the terms of the design proposal, we begin the "Design Plan" phase and we are well on your way to your dream space! It's that easy!
