Nicole Poolos
Lead Designer
Nicole is an exceptional Interior Designer and facilitates all elements of the design of your spaces. She is an expert in managing the process from Bare Bones to Beautiful and will be the leader throughout your project. Nicole will attend your Project Kickoff meeting, take measurements, engage in our “Idea Session,”, attend presentations, conduct walkthroughs and be in constant contact with you throughout the entire project.
Once she has set up communication with you, she'll be your best point of contact for all questions regarding the design process.

Heather McKee
Design Operations Manager
Heather joined the Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors team in 2023 as the Design Operations Manager. She is a rock star who brings an incredible amount of experience and energy to our team. Heather is a “process” expert who has been in the interior design industry for more than fifteen years. She is working with the team to build and implement our systems, ladder of services, and deliverables for an elevated client experience. Heather is thrilled to join the team to help drive continued success during a period of incredible growth for Sara Lynn Brennan Interiors, which is quickly building a reputation as Charlotte's go-to luxury interior design firm. When she is not working on new systems for better efficiency and organization, she loves spending time with her husband, watching their son on the baseball field, and also advocating for their daughter's battle with Vanishing White Matter disease.

Brandy Chrismon
LEAD DESIGN-BUILD DESIGNER, PROJECT FACILITATOR
Brandy is an extremely talented Interior Designer who leads the “build” side of our design projects. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the design-build industry, she brings a tremendous amount of attention to detail and intentional thought to every one of the spaces she designs. Brandy’s knack for creating beautiful spaces and impeccable project schedules for each of the projects she leads is incredible. We love hearing clients rave about how much they love working with Brandy and how she can take an otherwise stressful project and make it calm and enjoyable. If a project contains any renovation or build elements or if you are getting new cabinetry for your space, Brandy will be involved! She will attend the Project Kickoff Meeting to take measurements and participate in the Idea Session, meet and coordinate with trades, facilitate the project, conduct walkthroughs, problem solve and be in contact with the client throughout the process until the complete and final reveal.

Jordan St. Cyr
Junior Designer
Jordan plays a vital role in your project by assisting with all elements of the design process from start to finish. She likely will know every last square inches of your space so that you can rest assured that everything will fit perfectly when we install. Jordan pays special attention to detail and loves bringing your spaces to life in our 3D software, providing you with exciting visuals that transform all of our ideas into real, customized spaces for you and your family!

Mallory Cook
Office ADMINISTRATOR
Mallory is going to be your first point of contact when you reach out for a Discovery Call. She will talk you though our process, answer questions and explain what it’s like to work with us at SLB Interiors. Mallory is highly educated in our design process so she will play a vital role in making sure our clients are a great fit for the services we offer. Mallory may also reach out for various things throughout the project such as scheduling, updates and/or messages from Sara or our design team; she also manages all of our procurement and is a vital teammate to ensure a successful project install!
